KATA the Brand’s mission is to encourage independent consultants & direct sales distributors from all companies, cultures & countries to build & grow their network marketing businesses ethically, authentically & sustainably to make direct sales a desirable, classy & fun industry moving in to the future.

We believe that by linking arms & supporting one another, no matter what company we are a part of, we represent network marketing & direct sales as an industry & take responsibility for the public perception of our brand.

We understand that the more people have positive experiences with direct sales representatives, the better our reputation as a whole which, as an industry based on word of mouth, will dissolve negativity, criticism & invite a new wave of optimistic, generous, genuine & honest distributors in to our businesses which will in turn, grow our own teams and companies.

As Gen Y’s and Millenials we appreciate that we are the future & we have the opportunity to promote our businesses however we choose to, which in itself, is a hugely powerful thought. We fully embrace technology, social media & the power of the internet combined with real, human connection.

To maintain camaraderie & avoid competition you are not to mention your company name, ask anyone associated with KATA the Brand what company they are from or promote your own brand at any time. All advice is general in nature within the network marketing/direct sales sphere and not company specific.
  • All suggestions, trainings, modules, lives and content is given as advice based on personal experience, research & with your best interests in mind with the intention of helping you grow your business ethically, fairly, sustainably & authentically. However KATA the Brand cannot guarantee your results as each person is different & has very different circumstances, personalities & attitudes. By purchasing KATA the Brands content, free or otherwise, you acknowledge that your results are your responsibility & cannot hold any representative of KATA the Brand liable for your business or personal results or lack thereof.
  • We acknowledge that seeking secondary training outside your company or successline may upset your sponsor/organisation/community. KATA the Brand always suggests you communicate with your uplines if you are not receiving adequate training or not getting what you need. KATA the Brand is not designed to take the place of your sponsor or training system, nor do we encourage breaking away from your sponsor/organisation/system or community. All KATA the Brand content is offered as an option or different perspective in conjunction with what you are being taught. All views expressed in KATA content is based from experience of a gen y building her own network marketing business & is communicated in millennial language which can be effective in assisting your teams & making them feel understood. We do not claim to know better or be the only way to build a direct sales business. KATA the Brand operates out of the intention of offering a different perspective, attitude, or way of building to encourage gen y & millennial network marketing representatives to continue to grow their businesses with confidence.
  • KATA the Brand is not a recruitment tool for any KATA associates, representatives or partners. As mentioned in #1, it is an internal KATA policy that no company name is mentioned throughout the duration of any participation in KATA content/trainings/modules or courses. All products have been created with the intention of assisting those already in network marketing businesses continue to grow their businesses with their existing sponsor, in their existing company. We understand that you may desire to quit your network marketing business & request to work with Kata directly however we pride ourselves on ethical business & for the sake of KATA the Brand & the legal implications of consultants joining Kata, you will not have an option to work with Kata or sign under her should you find her through this brand. There are multiple free tools as well as paid for modules, trainings & documents which can assist you in your business and we believe that you absolutely can be successful in whichever company you pick. You are the magic, not Kata.
  • It is against the company policy Kata is a part of to charge consultants within her organisation for training. KATA the Brand was not designed to work specifically with, and is not promoted to consultants within the network marketing company Kata is a part of. By purchasing any KATA the Brand content you acknowledge that you are not within the same network marketing company, understand this regulation and acknowledge that Kata has not enticed you to purchase any product from this brand. By downloading any content from KATA the Brand you agree that you have come across this material without the guidance of Kata and choose to watch/follow/act upon/read/promote or share the material on your own accord and of your own free will.

Terms & Conditions

  • I acknowledge that all results in my business, all interactions in my personal and professional life are my responsibility & I appreciate that all advice provided by KATA the Brand is merely a suggestion. Should I follow or not follow KATA the Brand’s advice I agree not to sue, defame or hold any associate of KATA the Brand liable for the results or lack thereof in my business.
  • All KATA the Brand paid for content has a 30 day money back guarantee. I understand that should I be dissatisfied with my purchase after reading all relevant pre-purchase material including any emails, website pages & observing any product based facebook lives or other recordings I can request a full refund in writing. Refunds will be provided on sole discretion of KATA the Brand staff and honoured should I believe I did not receive what I was promised or if I believe I purchased a product accidentally or multiple times. I will not abuse this clause and attempt to directly take advantage of this 30 day money back guarantee.
  • I understand that all advice provided by KATA the Brand is simply that, advice and I take full responsibility of my own actions, words, comments, and operations of my personal and business life. By utilizing KATA the Brand content I agree not to sue, defame or misrepresent KATA the Brand nor take any material out of context or use it to hurt or slander any representative of the network marketing and direct sales industry including Kata and all associated KATA the Brand representatives or participants.
  • I agree to KATA the Brand community rule and general disclaimer #1 and understand that KATA the Brand is designed to help all consultants/direct sales representatives from all companies, markets & backgrounds.   • Should I desire to share any thoughts, ideas or content obtained from any KATA the Brand product, module, live, coaching call or otherwise, I agree to fully reference KATA the Brand and not promote the idea or content as my own. I understand that all content created on KATA the Brand belongs to Cser Enterprises PTY LTD and is not my own. Should I wish to share something and be unsure of how to do this appropriately I agree to contact KATA the Brand staff and request assistance or approval prior to copying, saving or sharing any content. I agree not to remove any branding, logos or signatures of KATA the Brand content and should I share it, will do so in it’s entirety with credit and ownership being acknowledged as belonging to KATA the Brand.
  • I agree that KATA the Brand may use any comments, emails, video footage or private/personal messages to associates of KATA the Brand to further promote KATA the Brand content. I understand that should my name and picture be used together I will receive written request for permission by KATA the Brand associates but agree that my feedback can be copied and shared anonymously without my name being referenced at any time and without written request. I understand KATA the Brand will consciously select testimonials and be mindful of the impact of sharing my words, comments, emails and otherwise and acknowledge that should conflict arise by my testimonial being shared, I do not hold KATA the Brand accountable.
  • Should I have an issue with my testimonial being shared I agree to contact KATA the Brand representatives through writing and request my testimonial be removed from any further marketing material. Although we encourage you to email us, we do not want you to, and you should not, email us any content that contains confidential information.
  • I understand that should I violate these terms & conditions, or anything pertaining to KATA the Brand’s general disclaimer or mission my profile can be permanently deleted, I will lose access to any paid for materials and will be removed and blocked from any community groups, pages and contact lists. I agree to operate with good will towards KATA the Brand and agree not to use any content, thoughts, material or ideas to my advantage, at the cost of disadvantaging any other person both inside or outside of the network marketing industry. KATA the Brand will notify me in writing should I be found to be violating any KATA the Brand rules and I will be given an opportunity to appeal however understand that ultimately it is up to KATA the Brand staff to protect the company and brand and acknowledge that their decision is final.
  • I understand that there will be cuss words, swearing & adult language in KATA the Brand content and will be mindful of where, around who and when I share KATA the Brand content. I take full responsibility of who I expose this language too and will not hold KATA the Brand accountable for any offense taken through the use of language both written and verbal.
  • I understand KATA the Brand is not designed to take the place of my upline/community/team or system and acknowledge that all content is provided as an additional resource. I agree that I have made a conscientious effort to be coachable and learn from my upline and take full responsibility of choosing to communicate or not, that I am using KATA the Brand content to grow my business. I agree not to slander or defame my sponsor, company, team or anyone associated in network marketing and will seek guidance, ask questions and learn from KATA the Brand with positive intentions. I agree to be mindful of the impact my seeking outside coaching may have on my organisation and choose to proceed with taking advice from, and absorbing KATA the Brand content at my own discretion.
  • I understand and acknowledge that KATA the Brand is not a recruitment tool for any KATA associates, representatives or partners. All products have been created with the intention of assisting those already in network marketing businesses continue to grow their businesses with their existing sponsor, in their existing company. I understand that if I desire to quit my existing network marketing business & request to work with Kata directly she is obligated to refuse me in favour of protecting the operations of KATA the Brand. I understand KATA the Brand is not designed to poach consultants from other companies, brands, teams or successlines but is designed to empower me in the existing organisation I am in. I will not suggest to others that KATA the Brand is a poaching tool, or misinterpret KATA the Brand’s mission with regards to poaching and the purpose of the brand.
  • I understand that it is against the company policy Kata is a part of to charge consultants within her organisation for training. KATA the Brand was not designed to work specifically with, and is not promoted to consultants within the network marketing company Kata is a part of. By purchasing, downloading, watching or reading any KATA the Brand content free or otherwise, I acknowledge that I am not within the same network marketing company and I understand this regulation and acknowledge that Kata has not enticed me to purchase any product from this brand. By downloading any content from KATA the Brand I agree that I have independently sought out this material without the guidance of Kata and choose to watch/follow/act upon/read/promote or share the material on my own accord and of my own free will.
  • I understand that my account is designed to be used by me only and I am not to share paid for content, logins, videos, recordings or other materials with anyone. On purchasing KATA the Brand content I agree to use it for myself only and will not copy, download, share or otherwise give away this content to others for free. I understand there is trust placed in me when purchasing content and although I am free to use it to build and grow my business I understand that sharing it with other consumers who have not paid for content is unfair and damaging to KATA the Brand. I acknowledge that should I not want to be contacted anymore I will simply select “unsubscribe” and remove myself from the list.
  • I acknowledge that technology can be unreliable and that KATA the Brand will always provide the best quality content, systems & websites based on what is available at the time. KATA the Brand takes no responsibility for technical glitches, issues, difficulties and will always do their best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If I have a technical difficulty I agree to contact KATA the Brand staff and communicate my issue for resolution without blame and allow appropriate time for resolution.
  • I acknowledge that my intentions for the use of all KATA the Brand materials is positive and I am here to grow and build my business and better myself. I agree not to defame, talk negatively or have any negative intentions towards KATA the Brand and all its associates. I agree not to use KATA the Brand content, thoughts, ideas, materials or groups to hurt others or to benefit myself at the detriment of another person or business.
  • I understand that I am solely responsible for the legalities of running my own business and promise to adhere to all regulations, rules and other requirements to legally operate my business in all countries I am operating in.
  • I acknowledge that KATA the Brand is not responsible for protecting my legally and I cannot and will not invite legal action to KATA the Brand. I recognize that KATA the Brand is in no way responsible for paying legal fees, bills or anything else associated with my personal life or professional business or company. I will not expect nor demand KATA the Brand or any of its associates compensate me for any of my own expenses at any stage. I recognize KATA the Brand is not responsible for my results or my network marketing or other pay or commissions and will not request compensation for any loss or diminishment in pay at all.
  • I agree to communicate openly and honestly should I have any issues with KATA the Brand or it’s associates. I agree to allow adequate time for any conflict resolution and choose to work harmoniously to find an outcome that is agreed to by both myself and KATA the Brand. I agree to put any concerns in writing and contact KATA the Brand staff for an open discussion should I be dissatisfied with any content, material, conversations or otherwise.
